Step by step:
1.Download and install metatrader to your PC
2.Click here to download file indicator and Templates
3.Save the file indicator in (eg:C:\Program Files\MetaTrader - ... \experts\indicators)
4.Save the templates in ( eg:C:\Program Files\MetaTrader - ... \templates)
5.Run the application and attach template to chart
